GOALS

The Program’s goals include scientific production and the qualification of human resources for research, teaching, and assistance to the population.

The professors are committed to the scientific production and training of human resources for research, teaching, and assistance to the population, in line with the main objectives of the PPG-RDF, which are:

I – Encourage scientific production and the development and validation of interventions related to the functional aspects of human movement;

II – Train human resources with a focus on research and teaching activities, aiming at the production of basic and applied knowledge to be exchanged (translational research) to clinical practice, in the context of Brazilian and International Health System;

III – Providing partnerships with the other graduate programs at the Institution, as well as with other National and International Higher Education Institutions;

IV – Provide teaching-learning opportunities that enable graduates to make decisions, establish, and manage assistance processes based on the best scientific evidence.
